The following list was compiled by Charles Moffat:
1. Admit that we are all going to die and cease to exist, leaving behind only a memory and hopefully a lasting influence on those around us.
2. Admit that the universe either created itself or has always existed and that such things are often beyond our understanding.
3. Make a decision to use our lives to better the lives of others around us.
4. Admit that it is natural for human beings and society to have a moral code.
5. Admit that morality cannot be forced on others, but learned through experience and interaction with others.
6. Make a moral code that you feel everyone can live by (ie. Don't kill, lie, steal or cheat) and follow it.
7. Admit your faults and shortcomings without excuses.
8. Make amends to people when you wrong them, not out of fear of punishment, but because it is the right thing to do.
9. Do not seek out and force your ideas on others but allow them to come to their own decision.
10. When asked about your beliefs answer honestly and without prejudice.
